Compliance Agent

Remote Flexible Engagement South Africa

Compliance Agents work within AfricaKai's structured delivery system to provide high-quality financial and compliance services to our clients. This is not a traditional employment arrangement — it is a performance-based engagement within a managed professional system.

Work is allocated based on your quality, reliability, and turnaround time. There is no fixed income — your earnings depend on your output and consistency. All work is pre-structured and delivered remotely through AfricaKai's systems.

Responsibilities
  • Execute accounting and bookkeeping tasks within defined standards
  • Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time
  • Ensure SARS and CIPC compliance across assigned client work
  • Maintain accurate financial records in line with system requirements
  • Work independently within structured processes and defined quality standards
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification or proven experience in accounting, tax, or bookkeeping
  • Strong working knowledge of SARS processes and compliance obligations
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional, and output-driven approach
  • Understanding of CIPC processes advantageous
